Felipedia is a registered Australian company (ACN 139 766 199) which operates as an online Wiki forum for feline medicine and surgery, maintained as a non-commercial knowledge-based website. Every effort is employed to maintain a high standard in all areas of feline knowledge but no responsibility is taken for inaccurate, missing or misleading information uploaded by visitors to this site. To this end, our volunteer (honorary) contributors attempt to ensure that any scientific material correctly cites peer-refereed journals. All information on this site strives to present an unbiased format on feline medicine and surgery for general readership, in order to meet the general reader's particular feline needs, on a free-to-all basis.
Felipedia holds no copyright on any information collected on this site and allows unlimited access and download of said information. Also, Felipedia:
- does not attempt to be a textbook on feline medicine
- is not a personal website, blog or webspace for individual opinions on veterinary matters
- discourages personal experiential opinions on clinical methodology not reputed by evidence-based medicine
- encourages annual health checks for the ongoing wellness of cats and triannual vaccination with core vaccines only
