Dr Chris Collins

Chris Collins hails from Weipa, far North Queensland, and attended the Townsville Grammar School in 1976. Awarded Dux in his school, Collins went on to the University of Queensland, where he graduated in medicine in 1986.
Collins worked around south-east Queensland after graduation, before travelling to England. He lived in Birmingham for 5 years, enrolling in a doctorate course. Later, he returned to Australia, to pursue general practise in Caboolture, outside Brisbane. He lives with his wife Annie and their three children, Shaun, Mitchell and Lana and is passionate about Citroen cars, home renovations and child advocacy.
